Hosting & server logs

This site is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). When you access it, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the requested URL, timestamp and user agent, in order to deliver the site securely and reliably. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website). Cloudflare acts as a processor on our behalf.

Cookies & local storage

We set no tracking cookies and run no analytics. Your light/dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

Purchases & payment

Purchases are processed by Polar Software Inc. (“Polar”), which acts as our Merchant of Record and reseller. When you buy, the data you enter at checkout — including your email, billing and payment details, and the GitHub username used to deliver the product — is processed by Polar under its own privacy policy: polar.sh/legal/privacy. We receive only the data necessary to fulfil and account for your order.

Product delivery via GitHub

Templates are delivered by granting your GitHub account access to a private repository. For that we process the GitHub username you provide at checkout. GitHub, Inc. processes this as part of providing repository access under its own privacy terms.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing of your personal data. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, contact info@wunderlandmedia.com.
