About this consulting website template

A complete website for a small financial advisory firm that works with owner-managed companies: fractional CFO, fundraising, exit preparation and financial modelling. It has a working business valuation estimator, four service pages with fees, four case studies with before-and-after numbers, a fee comparison, insights, an FAQ and a pre-filled enquiry form. Twenty-four built pages, all driven by content files.

It looks like a firm you would trust with your accounts. Warm stone pages, white cards, a deep-navy band, and one ledger-navy accent. Real photography of printed financials, meeting tables and whiteboards carries the colour. Spectral for headings, Be Vietnam Pro for everything else.

Every section answers what an owner asks before hiring an adviser: what do you do, what does it cost, what have you achieved for companies like mine, how does it run, and what is my company worth. The fee table and the valuation estimator answer those on the page. Motion is one quiet reveal.

What is in the build

  • A working valuation estimator: sector EV/EBITDA ranges, growth and size adjustments, the method shown line by line, and a tailored next-step note
  • Every estimator figure comes from one data file, and the multiples table on the valuation page reads from the same file
  • An engagement comparison table (project, retainer, interim CFO) with fees, length, time and what is included
  • Case studies as content, each with a before/after metric pair, quote and linked service
  • Services as content: fee from, length, who it is for, what is included and the stages of the work
  • A footer with an offices row, a regulatory disclaimer block and a newsletter form
  • All firm details in one file, and one accent colour that rebrands the whole site
  • Real photography of financial work, with no faces and no brands, optimised by Astro
  • Vitest and Playwright suites included

The design decision

Every template in this catalog is loud in exactly one channel and deliberately quiet in the other three. That single rule is what stops 65 different worlds reading as one design system in different paint.

The world
Warm stone ground with white cards and one deep-navy band, Spectral headings over Be Vietnam Pro, real photography of printed financials and meeting tables, one ledger-navy accent.
The mechanic
A valuation estimator turns sector, revenue, EBITDA and growth into an indicative value range with the method shown and pre-fills the enquiry form; case studies with before/after numbers and a project/retainer/interim fee table answer cost and proof. Motion is one quiet reveal.

Who it is for

Built for fractional CFOs, corporate finance boutiques, business consultants, M&A and exit advisers, and small accountancy-led advisory practices that sell to company owners rather than private individuals. It suits a firm that publishes its fees and wins work with numbers. For personal wealth or financial planning, the financial-advisor template fits better.

Questions

How do I change the valuation multiples?

Edit the sector list, growth bands and size adjustment in src/data/valuation.ts. The estimator, the multiples table and the defaults all update from that file.

Is the estimator safe to publish?

It is labelled as indicative and not advice, both on the page and in the terms. Figures stay in the visitor’s browser until they choose to contact you. Have your own lawyer check the wording for your jurisdiction.

Where do enquiries go?

The form posts nowhere by default. Point it at your form backend or CRM; the README shows how. Service, fee and estimator links pre-select the right fields.

Can I use the photographs?

Yes. They are from Pexels, which allows commercial use, and each one is listed in LICENSING.md. Faces and brand marks were cropped or removed.

What exactly do I get for $49?

Access to a private GitHub repository holding the complete Astro source of this template — every route you see in the preview, the content model, the images and the tests. Updates arrive in that same repository.

How many sites can I build with one licence?

As many as you like, for yourself or for clients. The licence is per buyer, not per project. The one thing you may not do is resell or redistribute the source as a template, theme or starter kit.

Do I need to know Astro?

It helps, but the common case is editing content and colour. Content lives in typed objects under src/data, colour lives in one @theme block, and npm run dev shows the result. Deploying is a static folder — Cloudflare Pages, Netlify and Vercel all take it as-is.

Is anything loaded from a third party?

No. Fonts are self-hosted woff2, there is no analytics, no tag manager, no CDN script and no external CSS. The build ships static HTML under a strict Content-Security-Policy.
